Hanover, GERMANY, March 2, 2026 – LINKTOUR Automotive, the pioneer of boutique urban mobility, is proud to announce that its flagship electric vehicle, ALUMI, has secured the iF DESIGN AWARD 2026. This victory marks a significant milestone, representing the second major international design accolade for ALUMI following its success at the German Design Award 2026, further validating its status as a benchmark in global new energy vehicle (NEV) design.

The iF DESIGN AWARD is organized by the iF International Forum Design GmbH in Hannover, the world's oldest independent design institution. ALUMI emerged as a winner in the automotive category, selected by a jury of 129 design experts from a highly competitive field of over 10,000 entries.

The iF jury’s official statement lauded ALUMI’s ability to redefine city driving: “ALUMI redefines city driving in Europe, adapting to daily commutes to family leisure and social outings. Integrating smart technologies with a sustainable design philosophy, ALUMI balances user’s needs for generous space, high performance, and eco-friendly design.”

As LINKTOUR embarks on its strategic expansion across Europe—from the historic streets of Rome to the modern hubs of Germany—the ALUMI series is designed to alleviate the pressures of urban congestion through a perfect fusion of "Visual Lightness" and "Technical Precision".

Distinguishing itself from traditional competitors, ALUMI adopts a groundbreaking full life-cycle closed-loop management system. Backed by the vertically integrated aluminum supply chain of the Fortune Global 500 Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group, ALUMI is a pioneer in the "From Can to Car" vision.

The vehicle features an industry-leading integrated full-aluminum body, making it approximately 47% lighter than traditional steel-structured models. This drastic weight reduction significantly enhances energy efficiency and extends driving range, offering a solution that is as kind to the environment as it is exhilarating to drive.
